Job Description:

1. Teach course according to a fixed hybrid schedule, under the terms outlined in contract.
2. Prepare lessons by identifying, developing, and implementing materials that integrate listening, speaking, reading, and writing elements, and align with the Massachusetts English Language Proficiency Standards (MA ELPS).
3. Translate course objectives, student learning outcomes, and course materials into engaging activities that are appropriate for adult students and promote learning.
4. Commit to updating and modifying materials and lessons regularly to maintain relevance.
