Summary: Provisions broadband facilities and services; manages and provisions service orders; takes calls from installers in the field. Ability to multitask, excellent communication, telephone and computer skills.
Responsible for provisioning broadband facilities and services and maintaining broadband services records. Assists with provisioning new facilities, assignments, and cutovers. Beneficial skills include knowledge of PTCI operations, procedures, and billing systems, understand and work with various fiber, xDSL, LTE, cable modem, and wireless data provisioning and management systems.
