Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial aspects of the physician practice. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the revenue cycle process specific to physician practices, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement. They will be responsible for optimizing revenue generation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to enhance financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, in a physician practice setting.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, reimbursement, and compliance.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in healthcare billing and practice management software
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) certification is a plus
