About The Role

The Digital Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. The team is growing and looking to hire a motivated account executive focused on selling add-on and core Workday products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO. In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing specialized product customers with a focus on upselling via deal management and connecting customer needs with specific solutions.
  2. Drive strategic add-on business within existing accounts.
  3. Work on net new product expansion deals, along with renewals of core products.
  4. Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  1. ~5+ years of experience in sales closing with relationship building, deal negotiation, and territory planning.
  2. Experience in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
  3. Experience understanding customers’ business model along with industry trends to land new business.
  4. Experience with negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.

Other Qualifications

  1. Understanding of customers' needs along with industry trends to upsell and expand in existing accounts.
  2. Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Excellent time management skills.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
