Please note, we are ONLY looking for candidates in the Bay Area for this role or willing to relocate there.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate employee development by partnering with managers on providing goals and expectations, constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
  • Oversee performance management, including performance review process and ensure employee development.
  • Lead employee relations, address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Foster and champion Nauto’s culture.
  • Build effective, trusting relationships across the organization.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, overseeing selection process and onboarding new employees for success.
  • Be up-to-date on labor laws and ensure company compliant with all state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Drive people operations, ensuring operational consistency with accountability, process improvement and delivery of key initiatives.
  • Serve as thought partner, informing and influencing point of key senior partners.
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans; ensuring cost efficiency and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Utilize HR metrics to provide insight and guide decision-making process.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources management
  • 7+ years HR experience.
  • Startup experience a must; preferably with a small team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels or organization
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
  • Experience as a strategic, business partner.
