As the Manager in Geelong, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs.
  2. Working directly with clients to provide consulting advice and reporting.
  3. Scoping and managing budgets to optimise productivity for your team.
  4. Collaborating with our Continuous Improvement and Training Lead to provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members, enabling optimal performance.
  5. Overseeing team operations as part of the Leadership team, which includes recruitment, workflow management, resource planning, reviewing timesheets and expenses, and driving performance development.

As our new team member, you will have:

  1. Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a similar undergraduate degree, supplemented by relevant professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.
  2. 5 years’ experience in professional services with an emphasis on Tax and Accounting.
  3. Exposure to larger client groups and sophisticated business structures.
  4. Strong leadership skills in a professional services environment.
  5. Demonstrated workflow management experience.
