AWS is looking for a highly technical leader like you to help launch Salesforce Success Central (SFSC), a dedicated Center of Excellence providing Salesforce expertise and managed services to help teams across Amazon accelerate their Salesforce journey while raising the bar on security, developer efficiency, operational excellence, and financial responsibility. SFSC owns security mechanisms and financial governance related to Salesforce development and delivers company-wide, reusable components for common Salesforce use cases and recommended third-party solutions, managed Amazon integrated solutions for security, DevOps, and system integrations, expertise, training, and community to grow our talent and share Salesforce best practices and learnings across Amazon. Delivering at Amazon scale and building industry-grade solutions, we partner closely with Salesforce business and technical leadership. We give Salesforce superpowers with AWS innovation.


Key job responsibilities:

As an SFSC Integrations TPM, you will be responsible for defining and delivering on the roadmap for our Products and Programs. You will drive customer onboardings, work directly with customers to capture their feedback to improve their satisfaction with integration services. You will drive engagement with customers and provide status updates on various reporting mechanisms in the org for the leadership. You will build project plans partnering with engineers and be accountable for its delivery on time. You will also understand the tech stack behind our services to be able to work and sell our services to new customer teams.


A day in the life:

As a TPM in the SFSC Integrations team your days will vary. Partnering on product strategy, documenting requirements, and working with builders to deliver the right solutions are all parts of the role. In addition, you may find yourself documenting customer-facing docs, engaging with customers, and identifying opportunities to improve the products.


About the team:

SFSC is a dedicated, central team providing Salesforce expertise and managed services to help teams across Amazon accelerate their Salesforce journey. We raise the bar on security, compliance, operational excellence, and financial responsibility. The SFSC Integrations team provides tools and services for Salesforce org owners to efficiently manage their integrations with various AWS systems.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
