We are seeking a Recruiting Manager located at the corporate office in Dallas, TX.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our team of recruiters. This role is crucial in driving our talent acquisition strategy and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both corporate and field positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to attract top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruiting goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the recruiting team to maintain a culture of speed and accountability.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Recruitment Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy for both corporate and field positions.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
    • Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
    • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • 5-7 plus years of proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar role, preferably with experience in both corporate and field recruiting for a decentralized workforce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
