Description:
Responsible for performing research and analytical work for Wolf Operations. Primary area of focus will be Electronic Logging Devices (ELD’s). Employee will be responsible to monitor the ELD’s to ensure compliance with DOT rules and regulations. Use the tools and reports available from the ELD’s software applications to provide benchmarking of driver performance and safety compliance, including on-board cameras, fleet tracking and usage rate analyses. Additionally, the fleet analyst is responsible for the analysis and development of KPI’s to improve processes, profitability, driver performance, and driver safety standards. Weekly scorecards for drivers will be mandatory. Perform additional duties as determined by the business unit manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Detailed analysis of ELD data
• Interface with ELD Vendor to optimize system performance
• Develop driver scorecards that measure performance and safety compliance
• On-board cameras: analyze data and develop safety and best practice opportunities for the organization
• Maintain the master vehicle (fleet) spreadsheet
• Assist the business unit manager with special projects and perform analysis of departmental reports as requested
• Be willing to work overtime.

Experience and Education Required:
Read, Speak and Write English
High school diploma or GED
Proficient with PC, Microsoft and other applicable software applications
4 years college or equivalent work experience
