Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a HR Coordinator job opportunity in Tucson, AZ 85756 zip code!Pay rate: $ 25.00/HR (20.00/HR)Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5:30pmLength: 4 monthsJob Duties:Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.Maintains accurate records and personnel files.Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations.If multi-language speaker; apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.Receptionist who is cross trained to handle benefits and worker’s compensation tasks to support our employees.Coordinates Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.Maintains employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.Other duties may also be assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentComputer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Intercommunication skills.Customer Service Driven.Validated organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential data.Flexible and adaptable to change.Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.Apply Today to be considered for this HR Coordinator job and any other positions with Adecco.Pay Details: $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
