Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Claremont, NH

Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years in PCU, Med Surg, or Telemetry required
- Telemetry experience required
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
License:
- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required
- Ensure all licenses/certifications are current (no pending)
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
Must-Have:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Own vehicle required for assignment
Job Description:
- Local travelers within 50 miles will not be considered
- Small unit/facility preference for rural experience
- Handle diverse patient population from newborn to geriatric
- RN to patient ratio varies based on acuity: 5:1 for general care, 3:1 or 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients
- Dress code allows for personal scrubs of any color
- Available to work two out of the following holiday periods: Thanksgiving and the weekend after, Christmas Eve/Day and the weekend after, New Year Eve/Day and the weekend after
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- No orientation is considered non-billable
- Required to pass a basic dysrhythmia assessment
