Auto Repair Shop General Manager

Job Overview
Midas North Conway is seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations. We are a high-volume shop in a unique location that will perform nearly any repair to any vehicle. Honesty and customer service are our top priorities. The ideal candidate has experience service writing and has a strong understanding of the auto repair industry. Compensation package is strong and pays a percentage of the profit. Includes health, dental, vision, and managers receive 3 weeks of paid time off yearly. The current manager is relocating but will assist with hiring and training the new candidate.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the shop team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
2. Oversee daily operations, including sales management, cash register functions, and inventory control.
3. Train and orient new employees on company policies, procedures, and sales techniques.
4. Effectively communicate with a high volume of customers, advise and provide service needed.
5. Ability to understand fundamental reports regarding sales and gross profit.
6. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
