Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Capital Markets: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst with a strong background in capital markets, security finance, and security lending.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Collibra, Snowflake, Oracle/DB2, and enterprise portal development.
  • Payment Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payment systems.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document business processes, system functionalities, and integration points.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering payment-related projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with payment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or payment-related certifications (e.g., AAP, CPP) are a plus.
