Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate and facilitate research projects that produce client value from structured and unstructured data.
- Brainstorm and research opportunities to improve automation, develop new insights and streamline business processes.
- Research and select technology solutions, third party solutions and emerging models to address new business needs.
- Work closely with development teams to transfer research efforts into production-ready and scalable solutions.
- Provide high-level effort estimates for product roadmap planning.
- Establish and maintain an innovation roadmap for the product portfolio, including championing research priorities with business leaders.
- Represent the company in the industry, publish white papers and present at conferences as appropriate.
- Mentor the data scientists on existing and new technologies.
- Conduct third-party due diligence efforts, analysis and reporting on technical capabilities of potential acquisitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and management on performance and process.
- Support nThrive's Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive's business practices.
