Job Description
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments and functions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Create and manage job postings for maximum visibility.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities.
