Job Description
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments and functions.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Create and manage job postings for maximum visibility.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities.
