Position: Compliance Specialist
Reports To: Director of Operations
What does a Compliance Specialist with Paul Davis do?
The list of competencies is not all inclusive and may expand to include other areas of responsibilities as Owner may deem necessary from time to time:
• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Establishes and maintains relationships with adjusters, brokers and clients
• Understands and applies insurance program and scorecard knowledge to claim files in a timely
manner
• Oversees the offices quality and performance
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weakness and noncompliant situations
• Follow internal company polices with regard to Company/Franchise Scorecard
Shift: Monday - Friday
Work hours: 8am - 5pm, Weekends upon request
Education: No Degree Required

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Proficient with variety of current technology and software programs
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills Desired of Team Member:
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and work ethic
  • Prior experience in distribution and picking systems preferred
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Self-motivated to get results
  • Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
