Job Qualifications
Currently holds either a Series 7, and/or Series 66, or both a Series 6 and 63.
Positive, Energetic & Results-Driven
Collaborative and Team-Oriented
Strong Relationship Builder
College degree or equivalent work experience
The ability to pass a background check (criminal and financial)
Successfully complete FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) and Life and Health Insurance exams within 90 days of hire/transfer.
Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states
Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM), financial planning, consultative sales models (or similar strategies)
Licensing Requirements
You’re bringing your license to Thrivent, which means we review BrokerCheck for all applicants. This position is currently open to candidates in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate applicants from Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
