Job Title: Data Analyst
Location(s): Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2 Days a Week)
Support effective decision-making through technical, financial, and market analysis of services offered and industries served by cloud service providers, including data mapping, price and cost modeling, and comparative analysis. Support the comparative analysis, research, and reporting efforts for competitive intelligence. Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the group’s growing and rapidly changing businesses.
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 3-6 years of capacity experience.
- Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.
- Direct experience in operations or capacity planning is a plus.
- Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient in Data analysis.
- Strong experience in Data Mapping and Data Comparing.
- Strong understanding of SQL.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (expert level of experience in Excel required).
- Years of Experience: 6-8 years.
