Responsibilities
Position Purpose: Responsible for processing and reconciling trade entry into our bookkeeping system for processing as well as completing intra and end of day domestic and foreign checkouts.
Primary duties will include:
- Keypunch trades executed in the CME SOFR trading pit and review for accuracy
- Reconcile all top day CME PIT trades via exchange screen (FEC) same day
- Resolve all trade edits in clearing such as CTR, broker codes, time brackets, etc.
- Make all corrections to trade entry and allocations of pit orders and cards, minus file submissions
- Ensure all CME GROUP PIT exchange deadlines for trade submission are met
- Responsible for daily out trades on FEC screen for CME firms 400, 826 and 958
- Create afternoon EUREX OFFSET position file
- Create mid-day position offset report via DUCO for EURONEXT markets
- Communicate with desks and brokers any issues with endorsements of cards and paper orders
- Sort, file and manage inventory of physical trade tickets for StoneX and all its sub firms and facilitate recalling of trade tickets for compliance audits when requested
- Assist with required end of day office checkout procedures, including foreign and domestic markets
- Do intermittent DUCO trade recs of positions throughout the day, both foreign and domestic markets
- Versed in Carrying Broker relationships
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the futures industry
- Knowledge of GMI, FEC+ and DUCO software preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Excellent multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
- High school education or equivalent

- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
- 5 days in Chicago office
