Position Summary and Value Proposition

The HR People Partner/Generalist role, a unique and integral part of our HR service delivery model, offers an exceptional personal and professional growth platform. With its diverse range of HR-related activities, this role primarily focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. It plays a pivotal role in our HR service delivery model, ensuring the smooth operation of HR workstreams, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, policy compliance, and offboarding.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Point of contact for employees and management to foster a responsive HR service delivery model.
  2. Manage onboarding processes and systems, including new hire training initiatives to support learning arcs.
  3. Organize and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Oversee the recruitment, including position descriptions, sourcing activities, and selection practices.
  5. Work closely with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job descriptions.
  6. Coordinate employee offboarding and systems, including departure details, exit interviews, and communications.
  7. Assist and partake in conducting employee investigations and performance management sessions.
  8. Participate in projects such as reengineering HR systems and implementing new HR technology.
  9. Assist with compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive pay levels in the market.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to support projects and initiatives to develop along the learning arc.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education

  1. 2-4 years of human resources experience performing HR operations workstreams.
  2. 0-2 years of HR generalist experience working across HR functions of the employee lifecycle.
  3. Experience with payroll accounting and processing administration is desirable.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  5. Master’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
  6. Demonstrated prowess with HRIS systems, including recruiting and web-savvy research.
  7. Exhibits drive and quickly develop, advancing along a planned learning arc.

Position Type and Schedule

  1. Regular Full-Time (RFT).
  2. Exempt professional.
