Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Pay: $18/hour
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Conduct move-ins, lease renewals and leasing apartments
- Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects and prepare lease documentations
- Provide high quality resident service, communicating with residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff
Position Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual-Spanish Preferred
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
