May include tax technology oversight and management responsibility.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review federal income tax work papers and returns for Company.Review other reports including annual and quarterly income,franchise, and tax.• Communicate with IRS and other governmental authorities andauditors to resolve tax issues.• Provide advice, assistance, and guidance to field and otherdepartments on tax related matters including; relocation,corporate structure, employee benefits, educational assistance,payroll, sales & use taxes, and information reporting.• Assist in development of corporate tax policies• Conduct federal and state income tax planning to minimize taxliabilities.• Research and review tax law changes.
