Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
  • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home.
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings.
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.
  • Lead follow up.
  • Database campaigns.
  • Execute appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis.
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential.

Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
