About the Role:
The Office Manager & Recruiting Support Partner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta office while also providing critical support to our recruiting team. This role requires a strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
  • Manage daily office functions, including building maintenance, equipment, supplies, and refreshments.
  • Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive company culture.
  • Act as the office ambassador for visitors and vendors.
  • Support executive assistants with senior leadership-led events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform clerical work as requested.
  • Assist with travel bookings.
Recruiting Support:
  • Ensure candidates complete the applicant survey.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle pre-employment background screenings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information.
  • Manage the organization's presence on recruitment platforms.
  • Provide general support to the recruiting team as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous office administration experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Rippling ATS being a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.
