Human Resources/Payroll Specialist

From the state-of-the-art PCB manufacturing facility here in the heart of Silicon Valley, Cirexx International, Inc. offers a complete line of PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly services.

We have more than 40 years of experience manufacturing complex PCB products using flexible circuits, rigid-flex circuits, Microwave RF technology, rigid HDI technology, hybrid PCB's and specialty material.

We are hiring! Cirexx is looking for reliable people to fill the Human Resources Specialist position on Day shift. In this position, you will assist the Vice President/CFO with all HR related duties including accurately processing payroll. You will support Human Resources Management and Senior Management.

BASIC EDUCATION, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School education.
2. 2+ years’ experience supporting Human Resources and payroll processing using Paylocity software system or similar software system.
3. Strong conflict resolution skills.
4. Able to handle employee relations matters.
5. Administer onboarding and termination processing.
6. Maintain employee files.
7. Time card administration for non-exempt employees.
8. Legal compliance administration.
9. Leaves of absence administration.
10. Benefits administration.
11. Administer bi-annual compliance trainings.
12. Must have a good understanding of HR policies and payroll processing.
13. Basic computer and telephone skills with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
14. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written correspondence.
15. Requires strong ethical skills and a high level of confidentiality.
16. Able to plan and execute day-to-day activities with limited guidance or direction, does not need to be micro-managed.
17. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
18. Must be a U.S. Person under the requirements of ITAR.
19. Prior work experience in the printed circuit board industry is preferred but is not a requirement for this position.

HOURS:

8:00am - 5:00pm

This position is regular full-time non-exempt.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
