Merriman's Kapalua on Maui, Hawaii is seeking a Bar Manager
Merriman's Kapalua, located on the ocean in Kapalua Maui, is looking for a dynamic personality to carry out our bar program. With crafted cocktails using fresh local ingredients, this job is perfect for the person who loves to engage with guests and create cocktails to pair with world class cuisine. Qualifications:

• Schedule must be flexible
• Bar experience required
• 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• 4 year college degree preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Base Pay - Based on experience & qualifications ranging from $77,500 to $85,000
• Bonus Opportunity: $7,500 - $10,000 additional per year
• In House Dining Allowance: $5,000 / year
• Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available
• 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
• PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4
