Site Medical Director – Boston or Plymouth, MA

Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 + Benefits

What We're Looking For:

• MA MD/DO License
• Board-Certified Family Physician (preferred)
• 5+ years in primary care
• Experience in community health and clinical management a plus

Role Overview: As a Site Medical Director, you'll lead our clinical team and maintain a part-time clinical practice (16 hours/week). Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating staff
• Enhancing clinical care, patient access, and scheduling
• Overseeing quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Contributing to budgeting and strategic planning
