Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 Per Year (DOE)

Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Director with Embark, you’ll get to:

 

Lead the onsite treatment team as they see kids through daily therapeutic and experiential activities, including individual, group, equine and recreational therapy activities.

Maintain caseload of (3) three clients, support clinical team in crisis management, and oversee documentation.

Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.

Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic. You will also support hiring and retaining top clinical talent.

Qualifications:
California Licensed Clinician: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist

Experience as a CA licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions with adolescents and teens.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

At least two years of clinical supervision experience in a high acuity setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
