In this role, you will lead our partner ecosystem product strategy, and own the roadmap for all aspects of partner integrations. As part of this role, you will define our product partnerships strategy across product lines (e.g. Data warehousing, Data engineering, AI/ML, Governance, etc) to identify the business priorities and integration approaches. You will also own the product roadmap for in-product partner integrations (e.g. Partner Connect) as well as low-level partner integration points (e.g. ODBC/JDBC Drivers). Finally, you will work cross-organizationally across product and engineering teams to define & deliver cross-cutting projects to enable development of unique offerings with select strategic partners.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Data and AI ecosystem.
  • Articulate the strategy to build the world’s most open Data and AI ecosystem.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical and business needs.
  • Define product requirements and work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to build new features.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Partner Connect.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for our data warehousing drivers and connectors.
  • Drive and deliver integrations with strategic partners, including defining and driving changes across team boundaries.

What we look for:

  • Strong understanding of the Data and AI ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products.
  • Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range Transparency:

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range:

$129,000 — $228,000 USD
