Location
This position is 100% remote; t his position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events.
Overview
When our sales team brings on a new account, we want to make sure the client is always taken care of. This is where you come in as our new Account Manager! You’ll be responsible for managing current and new client engagements. As part of the Account Management team, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and internal operations.
Is the client happy? Do they have new goals that Mobile Health can help them achieve? Are current projects being properly executed? The Account Manager will make sure to have the answers to these questions. This individual will oversee internal resources assigned to a client engagement, with direct responsibility for delivering work on time, on budget, and on strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Successfully onboarding new clients with a focus on ensuring new engagements that meet utilization goals
· Acting as a day-to-day client contact, focused on execution and project management
· Representing the voice of the client in all internal discussions
· Working across departments to ensure client expectations are properly met
· Writing and distributing meeting notes to team members and clients
· Managing and leading all external and internal project meetings
· Collaborating with Finance to ensure the prompt collection of outstanding accounts receivable
· Developing and growing relationships with various stakeholders on the client-side to ascertain business needs and add long-term value
· Working with the Senior Account Manager to identify strategic recommendations that meet the client’s business objectives and long-term goals
· Developing and coordinating client training and creating client development plans
· Consistently demonstrating project management best-practices, and reinforcing correct practices with assigned Account team members
· Supporting the Sales Team with pre-sales proposal responses and technical demos
Experience & Education
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
· At least two (2) years of account management experience with outward-facing stakeholders
· Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
· Outstanding project management skills
· Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
· Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively
· Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy
· Proven client management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation and persuasion skills
· Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
· Ability to manage several very complex projects with minimal supervision
· Ability to represent Mobile Health at all levels of the client organization, including executive level management
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes
· Prior occupational health or home-care related experience preferred, but not required
