The Management & Sales Training Program at our company is an entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. By following our promote-from-within philosophy, successful completion of the initial 8-week training could lead to an Assistant Store Manager position.

  • Complete training consistent with established program
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year experience in retail, sales, or customer service position
  • One (1) year of experience in leadership role(s) or leading teams
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
