The Role

We are aggressively hiring Area Sales Managers  in various locations  across  the USA . to take our solution to healthcare clinics. As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Own your territory : Leverage your knowledge and connections in your chosen neighborhoods.
  • Drive direct sales : Knock on doors and build relationships with doctors and decision makers of the clinic to explain our value add. Need to have in person interaction with clinics.
  • Build your team : Start as an individual contributor, then recruit and scale your team as soon as you are comfortable
  • Meet high expectations : We operate in a fast-paced environment with expectations of both week-over-week and month-over-month growth.
  • Earn significant income : With our pricing and volume, six-figure earnings are easily achievable.


Key Qualifications

  • Passion for sales with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Direct sales experience with doctors and clinics is preferred.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive and ambition to generate unlimited income.
  • Must be ready to hit the ground running immediately.
  • Technology or software sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be authentic, hardworking, and obsessed with customer
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, dynamic, and fast-changing environments – typical of early-stage startups.
  • Hands-on, hardworking individual with strong team-building skills.
  • A university degree is preferred.

 

Compensation

  • This is a commission-only role  with no fixed salary —your earnings are directly tied to your performance.
  • High six-figure earnings are easily attainable.
  • We offer a high-commission structure to reward top performers.
  • Top performers will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role and become eligible for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
