Executive Director-Memphis

Description

The Executive Director provides leadership to the specific location, overseeing the care and quality of services provided to our residents. The ED is responsible for the quality, leadership, and regulation of the policies and procedures of the organization. Additionally, the ED organizes and monitors each department of the facilities for which they are responsible.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
3. Successful completion of a drug screening
4. Background results within company standards
5. Minimum of a high school diploma or an undergraduate/graduate degree in a related field; LPN or Bachelor's Degree preferred
6. Must have CPR & First Aid certification or complete MSHN CPR/First Aid class within the first 30 days of employment
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
