Industrial Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and issues work orders for equipment maintenance and modifications
• Plans and coordinates maintenance resources and capital projects
• Reviews equipment operations to identify maintenance issues in safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Tracks and analyzes maintenance department's KPIs
• Engages employees in problem resolution and Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Ensures regulatory compliance and monitors maintenance budget
• Assists in recruitment and training of maintenance personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
• 5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Management experience in operations, maintenance, and process improvement
• Previous experience in a Lean environment preferred
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
• Leadership, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred
