As Advanced Product Owner (APO) - Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) you will be the lead marketing and business face to the continuity of business team. You will work hand-in-hand with the Scrum Master to deliver constant offer value and solve challenging problems to secure our position as a market leader in ACB's. You will create & prioritize epics, own the product backlog, manage squad budget, and work with the SM and Chapter leaders to ensure appropriate staffing. What do you get to do in this position?

  • Define, scope, and prioritize features and activities based on business and customer impact as well as safety & quality. Own the product development backlog.
  • Translate business / market / customer requirements into clear epics, features, user stories that will maximize the value of the ACB offer portfolio
  • Influence and negotiate with global development teams to ensure representation of NAM interests in the offer development.
  • Work with global stakeholders to ensure their voices are represented in product development and integration activities.
  • Drive profitability objectives for the portfolio.
  • Monitor and track key competition and, when necessary, create proposals to fight against them.
  • Work with internal Schneider Electric stakeholders such as manufacturing plants, ETO plants, country offer management, and other Schneider divisions during the development process.
  • Communicate offer changes to internal stakeholders world-wide.
  • Update critical business assets, such as digests, catalogs, and the SE website.
  • Negotiate conflict and priorities with Chapter Leaders and other Scrum Masters
  • Be the subject matter expert and evangelize the offer, customer applications/needs, roadmap, and priorities to build awareness and secure support from squads and stakeholders

This job might be for you if you have:
  • 5+ years in Offer Management of a portfolio of products
  • Proficiency in MS tools including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Agile mindset to pivot and react to a dynamically changing environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to NAM countries, Europe, India, and China.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously and tactfully manage competing priorities
  • Travel required ~30%
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Air Circuit Breakers
  • Codes and Standards (UL, NEC, ANSI) experience
  • Experience with Agile Development and Voice of Customer practices
  • Knowledge of class 1 and class 2 marketing literature development
