You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:

1. Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
2. Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
3. Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication.
4. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
5. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.
6. Lead follow up.

Qualifications:

1. An established track record of successful real estate sales.
2. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree desired.
3. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
4. Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
5. A real estate license is required.
6. Good communication.
7. Sales experience.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $135,000 at plan.
