Account Manager - Technology (IT)

Quadrant, Incorporated is a leading provider of strategic Technology, Healthcare and Federal staffing in the Washington, DC metro market.
We are looking to add motivated, proactive, and outgoing sales-oriented individuals. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented opportunity for someone with at least 1-3 years of experience who is interested in a sales-oriented sales environment. Are you motivated by a competitive and team-oriented environment, with the ability to be financially independent? The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, high energy, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
This is a full-time salary sales position plus commission and benefits, working on site.
MUST:
1-3 years professional experience
Technical experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in an "inside sales" environment
Looking for strong phone and face to face presence
Possess a dynamic and competitive personality
Must be team, goal and project oriented
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to pivot quickly
BA degree highly desired
DUTIES:
Participate in new business development
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Manage and develop phone and email campaign strategies
Cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant hiring decision makers
Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers
Engage in weekly customer meetings
Utilize social and professional networks
Develop and create out of the box new business development strategies
