About Us: Devslopes is a fast-growing educational company, transforming students into professional software engineers. Our mentorship model emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world projects. As the CEO, I focus on strategic vision, while this role will drive execution across departments.


Location: Remote, based in the Denver, CO area


Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
  • This role is remote but requires residency within the Denver, CO area for occasional in-person meetings.


Job Description: We are looking for a self-starter and resourceful Director of Operations to implement our CEO’s strategies, integrate departments, and solve problems in real-time. The right candidate will have a strong ability to unite teams, drive initiatives, and take proactive steps to ensure operational excellence across sales, marketing, customer service, and general operations. Familiarity with the Traction (EOS) model is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: Implement strategies, aligning teams to achieve business goals.
  • Team Integration: Drive collaboration across departments, fostering unity in reaching objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and create solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project execution, ensuring resources are aligned and timelines are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track KPIs to support continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in an Operations role, with a focus on cross-functional management and effective execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Strong integrator capable of uniting departments around common goals.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful mindset and initiative to tackle challenges independently.
  • Familiarity with the Traction (EOS) model is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
