About the job:
This is a full-time position as Land Development Superintendent at Grant & Co. located in Collierville, TN. The Grant Land Development Superintendent will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the land development construction process. We are looking for an individual who enjoys spending time outside, studying plans, and cultivating raw land into a well-rounded community. The Grant & Co. Land Development team has produced over 580 single-family lots along with delivering multiple apartment sites to our multi-family team since the start of 2022. We are currently working on multiple mixed-use developments that involve over 900 apartment units, 180 townhomes, and various commercial/ retail opportunities, along with 231 single-family lots in Grant & Co residential communities.
Prerequisites (i.e. – Education, Experience):
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or associate degree
- 5+ years of experience
