This role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying recruiting strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with external organizations to find talent.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit active and passive candidates for senior-level corporate positions using various sourcing tools and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and position requirements.
• Recommend and implement recruiting strategies to support business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and external organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or related HR functions.
• Prior experience in a recruiting agency setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
