Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and President to create and implement strategic sales plans for corporate growth.
  • Develop a national sales training program and recruit a nationwide sales team.
  • Hire an in-house recruiter to support sales team expansion, handling job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Set KPIs for the sales team and individuals, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Assist VP of Sales in cultivating client relationships.
  • Drive company growth and market share through strategic initiatives.
  • Implement corrective actions for non-performing members.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years in global freight forwarding sales.
  • Proven experience in building successful sales teams in international logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, leadership, negotiation, and communication.
