Position Summary

  • Digital Analytics has a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team focusing on Enterprise level metrics across all the Business Units. In this role, you will contribute to the monitoring and development of key metrics to identify opportunities for the success of various digital programs by generating various business insights. As a Digital Analytics Senior Analyst, you will also work closely with product teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy. You will collaborate with other motivated teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in analytics or reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of BI Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) desired
  • Knowledge of online analytics tools such as Adobe, Coremetrics, Localytics, Webtrends, etc.
  • Experience with highly quantitative analytics
  • Project oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects and changing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment and constantly deliver superior results within given deadlines
  • Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail

Education

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred/Specialized training/relevant professional qualifications
  • Master's Degree Preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,900.00 - $117,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
