Location: Ramsey, MN
Wage: $24.25+/hr., depending on experience
Hours: 3:30 pm - 2 am, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the lead manufacturing assembler:

• Perform and oversee the assembly of products according to company standards
• Lead and train assembly team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Ensure quality control by conducting regular checks on assembled products
• Monitor and maintain workflow to meet production schedules
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements of the lead manufacturing assembler:

• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing, with a preference for leadership experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle materials for extended periods
