POSITION SUMMARYOperations Administrative Assistant is an intermediate level position located in a US AutoForce Facility. Perform varied duties such as general correspondence, screening mail, maintaining files and records and preparation of routine reports. Follow procedures with minimal direction. Some judgment and interpretation required Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Overtime as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform varied duties such as screening mail, maintaining files and records Utilize a computer to generate general correspondence, reports and spreadsheets. Assist with New Hire Orientation Assist with associate's system logins Verify Driver collection bags May assist with covering the front counter including breaks and lunches. Daily deposits, collect past due accounts, and assist with clearing COD's (Cash On Delivery) Maintain office and cleaning supplies Complete credit card expense reports May assist with planning company activities, i.e. - wellness fairs, job fairs, facility events. May run errands and make daily bank runs for deposits. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toe boots. Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent. QUALIFICATIONS A high school graduate plus 2 years administrative/office experience Attention to detail and deadlines Data Entry and proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word Ability to use office equipment including copiers, scanners, computers, projector etc. Above average written and verbal communication skills Basic math knowledge Ability to provide excellent customer service Maintain confidentiality U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
