What You'll Do:

  • Craft Excellence: Design, fabricate, and assemble high-quality tools and dies that drive our production processes.

  • Precision Machining: Operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines to create intricate components with unmatched accuracy.

  • Blueprint Wizardry: Interpret technical drawings and specifications, turning ideas into reality with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Quality Guardian: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure our tools meet the highest quality standards.

  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize tooling performance.

salary: $70,000 - $79,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Fabrication: Create and modify tooling and dies based on engineering specifications and production requirements.

  • Machining Operations: Operate various machining equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines to produce high-quality components.

  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accuracy in tooling production.

  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repair of tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Quality Control: Perform inspections and tests on tools and dies to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
