HR Associate - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking an HR Associate to join a team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk. This position involves handling inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training, ensuring a smooth employee experience across multiple locations. Additionally, you will support HR operations and process automation, and collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide white glove support.
- Experience in HR service delivery and operations.
- Ability to handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
- Proficiency in managing HR Helpdesk functions.
- Experience collaborating on global and regional HR initiatives.
The HR Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Provide high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk.
- Handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
- Support the team in the functional and technical management of the HR Helpdesk.
- Deliver white glove support to internal customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives, such as US Open Enrolment, Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs (e.g., Goal Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning).
