Overview:
MDVIP is looking for talented and impassioned sales professionals who thrive in a highly customized and consultative selling environment. Our healthcare telephone sales representatives play a key role in communicating the benefits of the MDVIP program to potential members through outbound sales campaigns to reach transitioning physician’s patients (using established leads).

Training is provided to develop a good understanding of the program, the company and the affiliated physician network.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $45,760-$60,000+

Total compensation listed for this role is inclusive of a company commission incentive, employer contributions towards benefits (including $1,500 towards an employee’s Health Savings Account annually), and a generous retirement 401(k) company match.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sells prospective members on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice.  Explains the program effectively, discovering which program components generate interest so that they can demonstrate the value of the program. 

Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.

Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates concerns to management, as necessary.

Qualifications:
Education / Experience / Knowledge:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an Associate degree is desirable, but not required. One year of related experience is needed, which may include prior customer service in a call center environment, or retail sales, general business or administrative experience. Prior direct sales experience is preferred.

 Required skills include:

Strong communication skills – able to articulate the message persuasively in a concise manner.  Speaks clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice. While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus. 

Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems.  

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision.

Types with speed and accuracy, demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to document records in database efficiently.

Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.
