As a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility is to guide other leaders to inspire top performance from their teams. You will be monitoring multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives and collaborate with corporate business partners to report results. As a knowledgeable individual about the industry, you should keep up to date about competitors and trends. You will be leading the sales and customer support teams by setting an example and finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus. To foster growth among your staff, you will be coaching and encouraging them with clear communications. By developing strong relationships with customers and other teams, you will be creating an environment that enhances loyalty for Apple products and services.
