Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will take incoming calls from customers, receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to pending orders. We would prefer some Customer Service experience, but it is not required, we will train the right person. We are looking for an individual with an outgoing personality and solid work ethic.

Requirements:This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This position requires good attendance, the ability to interact with customers with tact and courtesy, and an enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.
