The Operations Dispatch position is a rewarding opportunity, for the professional seeking unlimited growth potential, an unmatched culture, and for the individual wanting to make a high level impact, working alongside the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Operations of local location, including dispatch, coordination, track and trace
-Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
-Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
-Montitors profits and loss of location
-Handles performance evaluations, taking disciplinary action when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors Degree
-Ability to work both independently and within a team
-3 plus years of operations disptatch experience, specifially within 3PL/transportation
-Experience, specifically, in working for a transportation company is required
-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
